Since 1984, we’ve proudly been a helpful part of the Medway community, delivering goods to residents who are housebound or simply tied up with work. In 2020, our delivery service became more vital than ever, with lockdowns and the loss of places to go and eat, creating an unprecedented demand.
We’re delighted that our free local delivery service is still going strong today, available for any orders in the local area.

A lover of fish but hate the mess? A lover of fish but hate the bones? We’ve got you covered. Our expert fishmongers have a combined knowledge of nearly 100 years so we know a thing or two about preparation. Whether you want your fish scaled & gutted, filleted and pin boned, or completely skinned, just let us know and it’ll be ready in a flash. We’ve even got a preparation guide below to help you decide!

We know that not every occasion is a celebration, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be special, right? If you’re catering for some friends on a Saturday night, or a romantic night in - we can create something in budget and magical for you.
And if it is a special occasion, our Seafood platters and dressed Salmon platters are a perfect addition to a buffet!
Hales & Moore is my favourite Fishmonger - the main thing for me is the quality and they have that in spades! Some of the freshest and best quality fish & shellfish which is what decades of experience gets you. Normally such quality comes with a huge mark-up… but not at Hales & Moore.
